CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Retreats
If you cancel your registration 31 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, you will receive a 100% credit which you may apply toward a future retreat within the next 24 months. No refunds -- credit toward future retreat only. Registrations cancelled 30 days or less prior to the retreat and no-shows will receive no credit and no refund. You may transfer your registration to someone else with prior notice. Call 301-606-2607 to cancel or transfer your registration. If the retreat is canceled by the organizers, you will be given the option of either a full refund or a credit toward a future retreat. Not responsible for other losses incurred, such as, but not limited to, travel costs if the retreat is cancelled.
CD's
If you receive a defective or damaged CD, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the CD in order to receive a replacement. Replacement only. No refunds.
